Create a plan to present your proposed change to staff.

Directions:

You have been asked to present your proposed change plan to the nursing staff. You will also need to identify potential key nursing leader roles. Lastly, you need to address any ethical issues related to the proposed change plan.

You work should be a PowerPoint presentation (at least 10 slides) and should incorporate at least 5 peer-reviewed resources. You should use the notes section on slides to represent your narration if you were delivering the presentation personally.
